Personal interests
I have a strong interest in sports and physical activity, including running, cycling, calisthenics, and winter sports such as ice-skating and skiing. I enjoy spending time in the mountains, snowboarding in the backcountry during winter, and hiking once the snow has cleared. I have also practiced Japanese martial arts such as Kendō and Jūdō, as well as modern disciplines like kickboxing.

Beyond sports, I am passionate about travel, meeting new people, and broadening my view of the world through new experiences. I follow developments in technology and enjoy keeping up with the latest innovations and gadgets. I also maintain a keen interest in politics and social issues, particularly those related to climate change.

During my year of service with the Swedish Armed Forces Arctic Ranger Battalion, I first experienced the value of small, high-performing, and empowered teams. An experience and approach that continues to influence how I work today.
